We have been working with HD London Art since the 2nd half of 2023.
At the start of Q3 after a slow Q2 - we began working together on a combined package to overcome the recent drop off. We came in with the key goals being to increase online sales & increase the current return on ad spend.
We began here from step 1 reviewing the customer journey, CRM and backend to see where the issues were coming from. We saw a number of errors from the offset that we instantly knew would have a huge uplift once corrected.
From 2-3 weeks onward & once the onsite optmisations were completed - we began driving paid traffic. Budget started off on the lower end whilst we got to grips with which ad formats were driving us the most returns.
The key measurable being revenue up 50% y-o-y to £109k for the period. On top of this return on ad spend being 5.47x from a £20k spend.
During the 6 month period we suggested, proposed & managed a 26% average order value increase. This was done after careful consideration & split testing to ensure our conversion rates were not negatively impacted. Despite increasing our average pricing by 26% and also seeing an influx of site visitors y-o-y by 53% - our store conversion rate improved by 12% due to a number of on site optimisations.
