In the summer of 2023, Moxi Co approached us, facing a downturn in sales and website traffic, having previously relied heavily on organic traffic from social media and boosted posts. The goal for Moxi was clear: to reverse the declining trend and become a well-established and recognized brand in the competitive womenswear space, both in terms of month-on-month and year-on-year growth.
Over the past 6 months, the results have been nothing short of phenomenal. We've spearheaded a remarkable +368% surge in sales, a staggering +463% increase in orders, witnessed a remarkable 137% spike in store sessions, and achieved a blended ROAS of 4:14.
Given Moxi's limited history with Meta and Google paid ads, we embarked on a fresh start, applying our multi-channel strategies honed through years of experience in the fashion industry. Aggressively implementing and testing past winning creatives, strategies, and audiences, we aimed to expedite the learning phase and swiftly identify what works within the allocated budget.
On Meta, we capitalised on existing brand content and scrutinised organic social and store analytics to pinpoint top-selling products and content. This initial phase aimed to swiftly learn the audience's preferences, forming the basis for an iterative strategy to establish a consistent flow of effective creatives on Meta.
By meticulously evaluating key metrics such as MER, CTR, Hold Rate, and Thumb Stop Ratio on Meta, we dissected creatives to identify winning elements. Thorough audience and strategy testing ensued, allowing us to comprehend what resonated where and with whom.
Our efforts not only significantly boosted sales and revenue but also yielded valuable insights into the types of creatives that resonated most effectively on the Meta platform. These insights informed future campaigns, refined the creative strategy, and fostered collaboration for future shoots with the brand.
With the Google strategy, given the limited data on the account, we initiated retargeting campaigns across all Google platforms. Subsequently, we expanded into extensive keyword targeting strategies, leveraging our industry knowledge to tailor it to Moxi and their product offerings. This enabled us to execute two-pronged strategies - retaining existing customers and prospecting for new ones on two distinct channels.
Summing up our initial 6 months, we've not only forged a strong relationship between the Omni team and Moxi but also established a solid foundation and customer base. Looking ahead to the new year (2024), we plan to extend our strategy across multiple channels, further optimise email marketing and SMS for retention, and explore new prospecting platforms such as TikTok.
